This spot is awesome. A stones throw away from the Colosseum. Lovely area with lots of little places to have something delicious. The flat is perfect and has everything you need. The hosts are totally accommodating to your specific needs including early check-in and late check-out. Really great spot! Perfect!

Vittorio offers a well placed apartment, very close to Colosseum. He is an excellent host and offers very useful advice for tourists in Rome. Our family has enjoyed the stay and hope to repeat in due time. Highly recommendable.

The place was as described in the listing. We arrived late from CIA and Vittorio met us and showed us in. He gave great recommendations for places to eat, shop and visit. The place was sparkling clean with all bath amenities (hair dryer, straightener, bath soaps, hand cream) and kitchen amenities (coffee, tea, small appliances, dish ware, etc). The beds were very comfortable and it worked well for our family of 5 (including three children ages 9, 6 and 3). Vittorio checked in with us each day via message to see if we needed anything. He also booked our 4:30am taxi for us the morning we left and text us to tell us it was arriving. He went way beyond what was expected by then opening the flat’s door again for us when we forgot a sentimental item (at 4:30am!). They are very kind and attentive.

Michela and Vittorio were fantastic hosts to our family for 5 nights! The check in process was seamless and the apartment VERY clean and stylishly decorated. A through guide book was provided to tell us everything about the neighborhood and sites to see in Rome. Recently renovated in the last 6 months, the apartment had all of the amenities we expected, including a washer and dryer! Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds for my kids, and a master bedroom for my wife and me, with attached master bathroom. Awesome location 1 block from Metro Station Vittorio Emanuele and 15 minute walk to Rome’s Termini station or the Colosseum. Located in a great neighborhood, close to grocery stores and awesome restaurants. I felt very safe walking with my wife and children in the neighborhood. Vittorio checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend staying here enough! Book this apartment for your next stay in Rome. You won’t regret it!

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, the apartment was just recently renovated, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on floor 3 with elevator (a big plus if you have tons of luggage). Overall the experience was beyond our expectation on all aspects. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and would love to come back again!

Vittorio is a great host. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Very helpful with local recommendations and even made reservations for us. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and in a great location close to the metro station and walking distance to the Colosseum and other main attractions. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus. Good supermarkets and restaurants withing a 2-3 minutes walk.
