The apartment is reserved exclusively for registrered guests. Any external guests must be communicated in advance or they will not be allowed.
check-in
Entry into the apartment will be possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Any arrivals at other times must be previously agreed. To allow us to welcome you as best as possible, please let us know at the time of booking the estimated time of arrival and then any delays.
At check-in it will be required to pay cash the city tax of € 3.50 for night, per person, that we are obliged to ask and pay to the City of Rome. The accommodation tax is applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
On arrival we must record the identity documents (passports) to transmit then regularly to the competent authorities. These documents will be treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
You will be given the keys of the apartment for which you will be responsible. In case of loss of the keys we will be forced to impose a penalty of 60€ for the change of the lock.
check-out
The apartment must be left by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If the keys are not returned within 12:00 am of the same day, you will credited with a further day of stay and any damage occurred. At the time of booking, if you need it, it is possible to check a different time of arrival or departure.

At the time of departure please throw the trash in the recycling bins in the courtyard or in the trash can at the corner between Leopardi street and piazza Vittorio. You are also requested to wash the dishes and leave the used towels on the bathroom floors.
cleaning
The apartment is delivered to you in perfect order and clean conditions and with clean linen. At the time of departure any damages will be counted and requested. We kindly ask you to treat furniture and all the equipment with care.

On arrival you will find bed linen, towels and tablecloths. During the stay there are no change of linen, but are possible on request at a cost of 10€ for person. Cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not provided but possible on request and on time to be agreed at a cost of 30€.

The owners have the right to enter the apartment in absence of guests and in particular circumstances promptly informing guest to avoid the occurrence of damage or dangers.
Each guest is required to keep his personal belongings left in the apartment. The owners are not responsible for the removal of the personal belongings of the guests. You are therefore requested to bring the keys of the apartment with you and to take care of them.
Each guest is responsible for his/her own behavior in the house and in the building, therefore he/she is asked to respect the quietness of the building and to avoid noises from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Any behavior contrary to the elementary civil norms are not compatible with your stay in the apartment and may force us to let you leave the house.
It is forbidden to move the furniture in the house or remove part of the equipment.
It is forbidden to organize parties.
Pets are not allowed.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
