Michela & Vittorio’s place was home away from home. We had such a fantastic time in their home. There’s lots of positives, I have highlighted them below in sections. Check-in: The hosts were extremely easy to contact and gave us very clear instructions for check-in, including pictures of the lock box, doors etc. They contacted us on the day to find out if we had reached their home safely and if everything was okay, which was really lovely. Amenities: The apartment is very well decorated, modern and has extremely comfortable beds. There were things like hair straighteners and moisturisers in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch. Having two bathrooms with showers was very convenient for us as we could all get dressed on time. The apartment also has a dishwasher and washing machine, which is a luxury! There is a lovely Nespresso coffee machine as well as pods, along with tea, coffee, oil, sugar etc. Location: It is in a lovely area, walkable distance from most places. Really good restaurants and coffee shops not far from the apartment. Vittorio sent us a recommendation for breakfast, which was delicious. We also followed their advice on booking for dinner & had a great time. Hospitality: This should get 5 star plus!!! The hosts were very approachable and nothing was trouble. Our flight was late in the evening and when we asked for recommendations for where to store our bags, Vittorio asked us to leave them in the apartment and pick it up later in the evening. I also requested if they could order a taxi & again, that was done promptly. Every message I sent, I got a reply within a few minutes! It was amazing hospitality and kindness! We definitely would recommend this place and in fact will stay again if we come back to Rome.
